The R&D and Validation Lab provides research, simulation and validation
on developmental processes and failure analysis that meet the specified
requirement of the end customer. With the latest equipments,
we are capable of simulating the actual High Volume Manufacturing on
the production floor with our cycling machines and collect the relevant
electrical and mechanical data at intervals for ATE test and tooling.
