Probe Lifespan Validation

Cycling test is a critical process used to determine the lifespan of our pins.
Each batch of pins must go through two distinct types of cycling processes,
namely Horizontal and Vertical Cycling, as each delivers a different performance.
Both processes use the same Device Simulator fabricated in-house based on identical
specification used in actual production. Throughout the processes, Contact Resistance
and Spring Force are monitored and Surface Defects Check is conducted at specific time
intervals.
