TTS Group announced today that they are in an advance stage
of negotiation to purchase a PCB Fabrication Facility in the USA.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to the bottom line of
the company. Strategically, it gives TTS Group the control over a
critical component of ATE test tooling solutions.

TTS Group was invited to participate at the Ansoft Exhibition
in Singapore recently. The Exhibition was attended by many R&D
and Technical Engineers from the major semiconductor companies.
Many of them were impressed with our ability and capability to
perform R&D, Simulation, Testing and Validation for the test probes,
contactors and complete ATE test tooling solutions.

The TTS Group exhibition at Semicon West has received many
compliments from the visitors to the show. For the 3 days,
the booth has welcomed more than 200 visitors from the industry;
helping to raise the profile and awareness of our products and
services among the customers and competitors alike.

TTS Group has kicked off its world wide marketing campaign
for 2007 by launching a full page color advertisement with
Chip Scale Review for 3 consecutive months starting in June.
The special edition of Chip Scale Review for Semicon West in
July will include an editorial on the company and an upfront
interview with the CEO to discuss the future direction of TTS Group.

TTS Group launched its inaugural Family Day on 7th July.
The event was held at the GSC cinema at Queensbay Mall and
was attended by more than 200 employees and their family members
to watch the Blockbuster Movie – TRANSFORMERS. It was a great
opportunity for the employees and their family to interact with each
other and strengthen the sense of belonging to the company.
The event was a success going by the full attendance and
everyone enjoyed the movie and the popcorns.

It was a success! TTS Group took part in its first ever Semi China show in late March and
the response was overwhelming. The booth, which showcased our PCB Design & Fabrication,
Test Probe & Socket, Validation Services and BIB & Loadboard, received more than 300
visitors from the semiconductors industry during the 3 days exhibition in late March.

TTSM officially took possession of Plant A in Penang today. The factory was completed 2
weeks ahead of schedule and almost 6 months after the operation of Plant B. The new plant
will house the corporate office, PCB Design Dept, PCBA, PM Service Centre and Sourcing & Logistic Dept.
