TTSM today announced the purchase of a new production facility in Johor,
Malaysia. The new plant, covering a floor area of almost 50,000 sq. ft.
will supplement the existing 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Penang and will
house the probe pin fabrication and assembly operation when fully renovated by Jan 2007.
The purchase is subject to the customary approval by the relevant authority.

TTS Group announces the increase in paid-up capital to USD3 million through the
allotment of new shares to existing shareholders at par value. The proceed will be used for
working capital and future acquisition in the region.

TTSM announces that it has completed the expansion and renovation of Plant B
within the factory plot purchased in April 2006. Plant B, with a total floor
area of about 20,000 sq. ft. will house more than 50 CNC, milling and lathe
machines when fully operational in Dec 06. Both TTSM and TTD will relocate to the new
plant in phases starting on 17 July 2006.

TTSM today announced that it has acquired BigHub Technology Sdn Bhd, a company
incorporated in Malaysia with the principal activity of providing Design and R&D services
for the semiconductor industry. TTSM intends to inject additional RM3 million into the company.
The proceed will be used to upgrade the existing simulation and validation equipment and to hire
additional R&D staff. The company will change its name to Test Tooling Designs (M) Sdn Bhd (TTD)
upon approval from the relevant authority.

TTSM today announced that it has applied to MIDA for the Pioneer Status. Once
approved, the company will be able to enjoy a range of incentives provided under the scheme.

TTSM today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase a
factory plot of about 60,000 sq. ft. within the Penang Free Trade Zone for RM3.3
million. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Foreign Investment
Committee and Penang Development Corporation.

TTS Group announces the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia,
Test Tooling Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd (TTSM). Located in Penang, in the northern tip
of the Malaya Peninsula, the principal activity of the company is to manufacture Burn-in Board,
Load Board and other ATE Boards used in the final test for the semiconductor industry.
“ The Penang’s presence will give as a foot hold on the high-tech companies operating within the
Free Trade Zone and provide a quick turnaround for our existing customers.”, according to the
CEO, SL Wee.

TTS Group announces the appointment of Mr. Wee See Long as the first CEO. Mr. Wee
came with vast experience from within and outside of the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining TTS Group, he was the Business Head for a regional bank. Mr Wee is
tasked to consolidate and integrate the various business units under the TTS Group
umbrella.
