Acknowledging that employees are our greatest asset, TTS Group makes it a tradition to recognise the long service of our employees by holding a simple and meaningful Long Service Award presentation. This year, a total of 9 employees had received their awards at separate ceremonies held in TTS sites in Penang and Johor. The awards were presented to thank them for their dedication, commitment and contribution to our organization.
The Heads of department from the various sites of TTS group recently met for 3-days to negotiate and forge the delivery of service commitment amongst the internal departments. The objective of this year’s operational planning is to create awareness amongst all departments to collaborate the realization of internal level commitment, which are to be aligned with the customers changing expectations and sustain TTS business competitiveness.

That’s how we roll! TTSG JB enjoyed their time during Bowling Tournament which held recently. This sport event has become TTSG annual activity that strengthens bonding among employees. All winners were rewarded with medal and prizes at the closing of ceremony.
TTS Penang employees had fun bonding with each other during a bowling event held recently. The event was organised to promote teambuilding, interaction as well as to cultivate a sense of healthy living among the employees. Great camaraderie emanated throughout the event, with some giving sheepish grins when balls rolled into the gulley and joyful shouts every time there was a strike. At the end of the event, the top three teams and top three individual players were presented with prizes and medals.
TTS Malaysia recently held the Emergency Evacuation exercise for all its employees at different sites within the country. The evacuation exercise is an coordinated effort to refresh employees of emergency process and procedures to ensure an orderly and speedy exit of the premises to minimize any casualty.
TTS spread its activity of engaging with employees by organizing an Employees Engagement Day for its facility site in Johor Bahru. Similar to the one held at its Operating HQ in Penang, our employees at the Johor Bahru site enjoyed a breakfast session in the morning and a movie session during mid-day. Engagement with employees is a key part of the TTS work culture; with the objective to enhance employees sense of well-being and motivate their commitment and personal responsibility in their job.
Engagement with employees has always been a key part of the work culture in TTS. Annual activities organized such as Chit Chat with CEO, Durian Party, Movie Day, community work, etc are all geared towards engaging our employees in the workplace. This year, TTS has stepped up its engagement with employees by organizing an Employees Engagement Day. The Engagement Day kicked off with a breakfast, movie screening, and ended with a zumba dance fitness session for all employees. The objective of the event is to enhance employees commitment, pride and a sense of personal responsibility towards job satisfaction.
TTS made its presence felt at the inaugural Semicon SEA held in Penang, Malaysia recently. Aligned to its mission to be a leading integrated ATE test tooling solutions provider in Asia, TTS showcased its range of test sockets and probe pins to all visitors at its booth.
