Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application support to customer.
  • Prepare technical documents and specifications based on customer’s requirement.
  • Collaborate with sales, design and other relevant departments to obtain and provide accurate information for product application.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues on customer’s test floor.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/Electric, Mechanical or related field).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Test Houses in the position of Product Engineer, Production Test Engineer or Tooling Engineer.
  • Familiar with test socket, pogo pin, final test and/or WLCSP testing.
  • Customer focused with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to communicate advanced technical concepts effectively at all levels.
  • Able to travel at short notice.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the research, specification, design and development of materials to advance technologies to improve the performance, durability and cost-effectiveness of processes and products.
  • Plan, execute and review new products plans (NPI/FA) and make recommendations for materials selection based on design objectives, such as its machine capability, strength, weight, heat resistance, electrical conductivity, cost/ etc., 
  • Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to process or product design objectives, costs implications of materials used and alternatives, environmental issues and wastages, and select the best combination.
  • Assess materials for specific qualities (such as electrical conductivity, durability, renewability), conduct tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure their quality.
  • Develop prototypes with use of new materials, in consultation with design engineers, production, Sales and Commercial as necessary.
  • Monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration and analyze product failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions. 
  • Analyze, detect and recommend solutions to issues may arise either during the manufacturing process or with the finished product (e.g. warpage, expansion/contraction or problems caused by daily wear and tear or change of environment).
  • Conduct training on new material products, applications, and/or manufacturing methods for design engineers, team members and customers (if need arises). 
  • Keep abreast with the latest developments and research in new materials and manufacturing practices; thru suppliers, sub-contractors, seminars, peers, etc.
  • Qualification of the new materials ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • New material quality control plans for incoming inspection
  • Materials Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Materials Characterization and others are recorded in the valid company document control system
  • Participation in new product development projects, providing timely updates and reporting for the project team and superior
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/ Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Polymer, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Polymer/Materials Engineer
  • Knowledge of Engineering Plastic Materials is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge in Project Management or Design is an added advantage
  • Familiar with the use of analytical statistical tools e.g. SPSS
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and follow up on Quality Task Force (QTF) On Going projects to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist Task Force team in the QTF activities.
  • Update QTF project status on weekly basis or whenever necessary.
  • Participate in project continuous improvement activities.
  • Report to superior and relevant parties for non-conformity detected.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Certificate education with minimum 2 years manufacturing working experience.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Computer literate.
  • Independent and able to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
  • Ensure all data entries are accurately maintained and readily available.
  • Tabulate production data.
  • To perform other admin job when requested.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Independent and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As person in-charge to handle the documentation of Document Control Center (DCC).
  • Supporting the ISO Documentation records and maintain the quality records.
  • Distribution of doc con related documents. Eg Procedure, WI, drawing to production and etc.
  • Creating of ISO related procedure (if required) and monitoring the QMS continual improvement.
  • As person in-charge to control the Calibration’s activity.
  • Create/Update the Calibration Master list, issue calibration recall notice, prepared PR and sending equipment for calibration.
  • Monitor the equipment due date for TTSPG’s equipment.
  • Feedback to related department if there is different for the drawing revision control during Doc-con.
  • Help in QMS Doc Con activities.
  • Monitoring the yearly calibration cost.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Management.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma in related field.
  • Experience not necessary.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
